There is absolutely NO COST to use this service. Simply download the App on your smartphone and once approved, you will receive an access code to activate the App on your device, along with a Welcome Kit and decals that need to be displayed at your point of sale.
The next time you receive a bounced NSF check, simply sign into the checXchangeTM Mobile App, take an image of both sides of the check and hit send. That’s it, we do the rest!
You will receive confirmation of your check submission and notification that we have started the recovery process. You can monitor our recovery efforts via our 24/7 online reporting portal from any PC or mobile device.
After your funds are recovered, we will send you a confirmation message. All funds recovered each week are then transmitted to your account on the Friday of that week. If we can’t recover the funds, you will be notified of this as well.
